In any real estate market you will need good communication and contacts to sell your property. Jeremy and Jim have both. I especially appreciated that they listened to and understood what worked for our family to continue to live in and show our house. I didn’t feel pressure to stage or remodel. We managed to sell our house as the market was declining and no doubt Jeremy and Jim's professionalism, contacts and continued negotiating to the last hour closed the deal.
